Below are the Summer Workout Guide and Summer Workout Log. Use the Summer Workout Guide to pick 3 of each type of drill (stickhandling, shooting and cardio). Minimum 3 workout sessions per week. Record your progress in the Log. Logs are due on the last day of "Run the Hill". Please reach out to Coach Will with any questions!

Shooting area and nets are provided in the back parking lot of Northbrook Sports Center, near the tennis courts. If you need pucks, please reach out to Coach Will.
